Terna Health does not provide medical advice but helps users establish relationships with third-party healthcare providers. Initial qualifying questions are answered on TernaHealth.com. Healthcare Providers operate separate Patient Portals with their own privacy policies. Payment, diagnosis, and telehealth occur through Healthcare Provider Sites, not Terna Health's platform. Users' relationships with Healthcare Providers and Third Party Suppliers are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy supplements the main Privacy Notice and applies to "consumer health data" (CHD) under Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's Consumer Health Data Privacy Law. Much processing is HIPAA-exempt under these state laws.
