Please read these terms carefully before using Terna Health's platform
Effective date: June 1, 2026
By accessing or using the Terna Health platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients.
Terna Health provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed physicians through MD Integrations, an independent network of U.S.-licensed clinicians. Telehealth consultations are conducted in accordance with applicable state telehealth laws. Terna Health does not practice medicine and does not employ physicians. The decision to prescribe any medication rests solely with the treating clinician.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state in which our clinician network is licensed to practice. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the intake process. We reserve the right to decline service if you do not meet eligibility criteria.
Compounded medications that have been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and regulatory requirements. If you have not yet received your medication or experienced a clinician-denied consultation, please contact support within 7 days of your order for review.
The Terna Health platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results from our programs will meet your expectations or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terna Health, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services, including adverse medical events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted on an individual (non-class) basis.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
